Details:  This class is for beginners yoga with instructors Nick Hardt and Paul Corcoran for 2021-22.  Downward dog you heart out with Nick “The Stretchman” Hardt and Dr “YoGonnaLoveThis” Corcoran for a stress free yoga course set to your favorite 1990’s tunes.  Don’t forget to wear your favorite grunge band t-shirt and beanie!
